Jo-Cat's Pub, 1311 E. Brady St., is a family-owned bar that opened in 1978. Currently, it's in the middle of adding a second-floor bar and rooftop patio, along with many other upgrades. However, the goal is to keep the owner-described "dive bar" very similar to how it was, just fresher and larger.
