The Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum will display artwork from a selection of Milwaukee area students in "Children's Art in the Garden," which runs Nov. 6 through Dec. 4.

The new exhibit will celebrate the achievements of participating MPS teachers and the talents of their students with a collection of art inspired by the museum's gardens.

An opening reception for "Children's Art in the Garden" will take place Sunday, Nov. 6 from 2 to 4 p.m., and will include refreshments and kid's make-and-take art activities.

Admission to the exhibit is free with paid admission to the museum. Regular admission prices are $5 for adults and $3 for students, seniors and veterans. Museum members, active military personnel and children under 12 get in free.
