Let’s get real: Is it ever TOO early to start spreading Christmas cheer?

Nah. We don’t think so.

The day after Thanksgiving is often thought of as the first official day of the Christmas season. Music starts playing on the radio. People put up their trees. And, of course, bargain hunters everywhere start (or finish!) their Christmas shopping on the consumer holiday.

On Nov. 24, The Outsider will transform from a cool, swanky cocktail lounge into a winter wonderland with help from some Christmas decorations, lights, and tons of tchotchkes. Classic holiday tunes will be playing all season long as the bar pours out tasty Christmas-themed concoctions. Holiday cocktails like The Snowball Old Fashioned, How the Gimlet Stole Christmas and Run Run Rudolph will be available for shoppers and Christmas obsessives to sip as they take in the bar’s newfound ambiance.

"The Outsider will embrace the Christmas spirit and transform into a festive winter wonderland of nostalgic holiday cheer, with halls decked with lights, garland, ribbons and tchotchkes inspired by vintage Christmas decorations, and a soundtrack of holiday songs playing throughout the season," said Miracle, a Christmas pop-up bar that began in New York City, in a press release. The pop-up was so popular that, in merely three years, the event has become a worldwide phenomenon with pop-ups planned in 50 locations all over the globe.

On Friday, Nov. 24, the Outsider will host a kickoff party to begin the festivities. Throughout the month-long event, 10 percent of all proceeds will be donated to Action Against Hunger. Christmas-themed cocktails have never tasted better!
