If you have ever watched the Bucks dance team take the court during a timeout and said to yourself, "I could do that," it's time to put on your dancing shoes.

The Bucks Energee! Dance Team holds a pre-tryout workshop at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Wisconsin Lutheran College, 8800 W. Bluemound Rd. The fee is $35.

"All dancers will learn a short routine similar to the one they'll learn for the actual auditions," said Lois Wagner Koepke, the team director of Energee!. "They'll also be given tips on how to prepare for and excel during the auditions."

The Energee! Dance Team holds open auditions at the Bradley Center on Tuesday, July 31 with call backs on Wednesday, Aug. 1. Registration beginz at 6 p.m. on July 31. Dancers must be 18 years of age or older by Nov. 1, 2007. More than 150 dancers auditioned for last year's 19-member squad.
