It's New Orleans meets the Southwestern dessert at Alan and Laurie Jolly's fusion of two distinct cultures and flavors. Walk through the door and you'll encounter dancing alligators, a multitude of cactus, a taste of Bourbon St. and enough Native American artifacts to add plenty of atmosphere no matter which of the small dining rooms that you choose .

The tiny kitchen does a nice job of preparing some most unusual food. The New Orleans based favorites include Bronzed Catfish served on a bed of crawfish etouffe, and Barbecued Shrimp. The Southwestern Rubbed Wood Grilled Porkloin with Sweet Apple Barbecue sauce and Chili Peppered Ahi Tuna are good choices from the Southwestern Side of the Menu. "Bocaditos Wednesdays" translates to "little bites" and the Tapas-style appetizers provide a good opportunity to belly up to the bar and sample a variety of flavors.

Lunch: $4.95-$10.95; Dinner: $14.95-$25.95; Bocaditos: $1.95-$6.95

A vibrant bar in the dining room serves a number of Microbrews, an American driven wine list and one of the very best Margaritas in Milwaukee.
