When I saw a list of suggested drinks to enhance the experience of seeing Monty Python's "Spamalot," which rolls into the Milwaukee Theatre on Friday and Saturday, I was immediately horrified.

Who would make a cocktail with Spam?!  Then I looked more closely and realized this bevy of bevy ideas boasts nearly a trace of the compressed and canned meat.

So, here are the suggestions and I guess if you were willing to really get into the spirit, you could serve these with a bowl of peanuts, a bowl of potato chips and a bowl of cubed Spam. Or not.
