Ula Ula – located on the second floor of Redbar, 2245 E. St. Francis – is now open on weekends. The tiki bar closed in July for a refresh and now has a brand new drink menu created by mixologist Miles Knapp.

Ula Ula cocktails include Apple Spice Mai Tai, Jalisco Painkiller, Bomb-Pop Saturn Cosmo, Black Cherry Mule, Raspberry Lime Daiquiri, Rum Punch, Tropical Negroni and a Mango Habanero Old Fashioned. Miller Lite Tall Boys and cans of White Claw are also available for purchase.

Guests of Ula Ula – which fittingly means "red" in Hawaiian – can order food from The Saucy Swine (Redbar's kitchen) menu, including its popular Friday Night Fish Fry.

"In places like Wisconsin, the winters tend to seem long. So the tiki vibe really transports people out of the cold and into a tropical place mentally," says Redbar/Ula Ula co-owner Carrie Wisniewski.

Ula Ula is open Friday and Saturday evenings from 6 p.m.to midnight.
