Join OnMilwaukee.com's Bartender Games (formerly the Bartender Olympics) at Turner Hall Ballroom on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m.

Emceed by FM 102.1's Jon Adler, the Bartender Games will see the return of past participants who will battle it out against new competitors. Other special guests include Sarah Laux Photography and DJ E.Rich.

Cheer on your favorite bartenders and teams while they compete in the signature cocktail competition, Pabst can stack and a bartender lip sync competition.

You, the audience, will be part of the judging and can try and vote on the signature recipes. While you're there, enjoy sampling of new Red Bull Tropical Yellow Edition and be entered to win a year of free Red Bull.

The Block Buster will be busting things up. The team includes Joseph Conforti of Malone's, Jim Olker of Milwaukee Brat House, Mark Fisher of Redbar and Ilana Cohn-Gomez of Camp Bar Shorewood.

OnMilwaukee.com: What's your favorite thing about the bar you work at?

Mark Fisher: Great regulars, working for great people, and free cable.

Ilana Cohn-Gomez: My "uniform" is flannel.

OMC: What are some of your favorite Milwaukee bars (outside of where you work) and what bartenders do you visit around town?

Joseph Conforti: Milwaukee Brat House, The Irish Pub and Lucky Joe's.

Jim Olker: The Standard (Heidi), Malone's (Sam), Finks (Pinball), and Club Brady (Shawn).

IG: So many to choose from. When I do go out, I usually go down the line on 2nd street. Lucky Joe's, Tin Widow, Sabbatic. The usual.

OMC: What's your favorite Milwaukee restaurant right now? Why?

JC: Goodkind. The staff, the food and the drinks are all amazing.

MF: Vanguard. Awesome food and always a great time there. Plus, wrestling is always on.

IG: I love me some Wolf Peach. Their bone marrow is like steak butter.

OMC: What's the craziest thing you've ever witnessed/experienced while behind the bar?

JO: Found a girl passed out in the bathroom at 4 a.m. after a Marquette game. The bouncer didn't check before he left.

IG: An internet date going well.

OMC: What do you think the next big trend will be in the Milwaukee bar scene?

JO: Free tacos.

IG: I think it goes back and forth between cocktails and small plates to craft beer. Maybe more rock 'n' roll bars.

JC: Honestly I have no idea. I hear that T.G.I. Friday's is poised to make some big moves.
