"Bar Month" at OnMilwaukee.com is back for another round! The whole month of February, we're serving up intoxicatingly fun articles on bars and clubs -- including guides, the latest trends, bartender profiles and more. Grab a designated driver and dive in!

The votes are in and the winners have been selected for OnMilwaukee's Best: Bars & Clubs, 2011. Find readers' results in 50 categories, including an editors' pick, in this series of articles that run daily in the Bars and Clubs section of OnMilwaukee.com.

What makes for a good sports bar:

Is it ample seating?

Knowledgeable bartenders?

Good specials?

A simple menu?

Lots and lots of televisions?

If those factors are your idea of a good sports bar, then chances are you'll agree with the results of our readers' poll, which found Fanatics Sports Central, 185 N. Jefferson St., in the Third Ward, to be the best place in town to watch a game.

With plenty of room to hold people during the biggest games -- including stadium seating -- a big bar area and a game room, Fanatics is the place to be on game day.

The OnMilwaukee.com editors are fans, too, but also like Center Court Pub & Grille for its location right across from the Bradley Center.

It is not closed - you did see the people inside DOING work, right? LOL - They will be just fine....and in time Ryan's spot will be just fine as well. The city would benefit from slihtly more positive, less gosippy people. Congrats on ANOTHER year at #1!

Funny you mention them just as soon as they closed 'for maintenance' (like Ryan Braun's did). Rumor is they are done.

Have they fixed their 20 (or whatever) monitor display? Each screen was a different color.
