We don't wish ill-will upon any Milwaukee watering hole, but let's face it: There are some locations around town that can't keep a bar in business. Sometimes, the blame falls solely on the tavern, itself, whether it's poorly managed or sports a theme that just won't fly in Brew City. But other locations seem plain ol' cursed.
Here are some spots that have seen more turnover than a game of bar dice at your favorite corner tap. 722 E. Burleigh St. was owned by my family for years until we sold it to the owners of Lava Java. It was a million different bars during the eighties and early 90s too!

Yield-- I am a frequent customer of Yield. Not only do they have the best music in town, but they seem to be quite busy whenever I go in there, especially on the weekends. They also have great food.

Didn't Park Bar close due to a shooting, and all three clubs were opened by the same owner, he just updated them every five years. I remember seeing lines just before they were shut down.
