Bay View Brew Haus to become Down and Over
According to Tim Brodersen, the owner of Up and Under Pub, 1216 E. Brady St., he will soon take over the Bay View Brew Haus, 2535 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.
Broderson says he plans to take ownership this Friday, and will reopen the bar and music venue the following week with the new name, Down and Over.
Broderson says he plans to make major changes to the space over time, including eventually building a kitchen. His first goal, however, it to make sound improvements and add more to the decor.
"Give it a more of a comfy feel," he says.
