Milwaukee's best happy hour, 2014

"Bar Month" at OnMilwaukee.com – brought to you by Absolut, Avion, Fireball, Pama, Red Stag and 2 Gingers – is back for another round! The whole month of February, we're serving up intoxicatingly fun articles on bars and clubs – including guides, the latest trends, bar reviews, the results of our Best of Bars poll and more. Grab a designated driver and dive in!

The 2014 OnMilwaukee.com Best of Bars readers' poll for Milwaukee's best happy hour offered no selections. It was a write-in only category. We wanted to really see where people were going to get their early evening drink on without us giving you a list of nominations.

After counting all the votes, we are happy to announce that we have a winner. In fact, it's a a non-traditional bar winner. So, from here on out we may have to add this Brady Street restaurant to our best bar in a restaurant survey question, as Milwaukee has loudly shown its love for Bosley's on Brady.

Bosley's on Brady, ladies and gentlemen, is your selection for Milwaukee's best happy hour. We can't disagree it is indeed one of the best, and it was included in our "five happy hours to try" earlier this year, too.

The top three vote-getters were all within 10 votes of each other, so that tells you how very tight this race was. Duke's and Nomad were very close. The editors of OnMilwaukee picked Ugly's Pub as our favorite.

See you at a happy hour soon, Milwaukee.

OnMilwaukee.com editors' pick: Ugly's Pub

Runners up:
2. Duke's
3. Nomad
4. 42 Lounge
5. Bar Louie
