Last night, Milwaukee’s newest country bar Red, White & Blue, 1044 N. Old World 3rd St., was open to friends, family and the media. It opens to the public tonight.

"Red White & Blue is unlike any other country bar or entertainment venue in Milwaukee. There will be no shortage of live music. We have built a vast new stage and custom mezzanine for guests to take in all of the great music they can expect to hear on a nightly basis," says Jake Dehne, co-owner and operator of Red White & Blue.

Dehne owns the bar – which was formerly the home of Buckhead Saloon – with his brother, Seth, and Mike Zimmerman, owner of The Rock Sports Complex, Milwaukee Wave Professional Soccer Team and other sports and entertainment entities.

The bar and venue feels open and spacious, with extremely high ceilings and a massive wooden floor for dancing and socializing. The bar stretches along the wall on the ground floor, and there’s a second tier of hang-out balcony space above it. A gigantic piece of American flag art hangs over the stage and various steer skulls adorn the walls.

Red White & Blue has also teamed up with 94.5 KTI country and put a live studio in the building.

"Guests can expect huge pre- and post-country concert parties plus several up and coming musicians straight from Nashville to hit Red White & Blue’s stage every month," says Dehne."RWB is all about paying respect to America and is doing so by providing American made entertainment with live music and a DJ several nights a week."
