I learn the darnedest things from Judge Derek Mosley. Last year, he confirmed that it's legal in Wisconsin to marry your first cousin.

Today, I randomly wondered how it is hookah and cigar bars still exist despite the indoor smoking ban – which took effect on July 5, 2010 – and the Good Judge came through with the facts once again.

"Retail tobacco store, hookah bars and cigar bars that have been in existence before June 2009 are exempted," Mosley told me.

So now we know. Thanks, Judge!
