Milwaukee native BJ Gaddour is the new face of Men's Health Magazine's Deltafit Speed Shred DVD series.

Men's Health taps Milwaukee trainer for DVD series


Milwaukee fitness trainer and entrepreneur BJ Gaddour has signed on as the face of Men's Health Magazine's new DVD series, Deltafit Speed Shred.

The Speed Shred DVD series has been available for only a few weeks, but is already Men's Health Magazine's best-selling DVD series.

Gaddour, who is most well known for his online workout system StreamFIT.com, also works with a variety of fitness companies including Women's Health and New Balance.

An article on the series and Gaddour will be featured in the September 2012 issue of Men's Health.
