There's a new stop for coffee in Downtown Milwaukee's Westown neighborhood as Arin-Bert has opened its doors at 222 W. Wells St.

Arin-Bert, owned by Jivan Seifert, whose family also has a law firm in the building, serves Alterra coffee, pastries and sandwiches.

It's open Monday-Saturday, 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and is located in a space that has seen several restaurants come and go including Finch's Corned Beef, Five Dollar Deli, Philly Way, Wingz and Amazon Pizza.
