Phoenix Development Partners will partner with The Bartolotta Restaurants to create, open and manage three new dining spots at the just-opened Mayfair Collection on Burleigh Street at Highway 45 in Wauwatosa.

While still in the development stages, possible restaurant concepts include a modern diner, a beer-themed pub and a casual French bistro.

Initial plans call for the new restaurants to be located in new, free-standing buildings on the south side of the development, which faces the interstate. Openings are expected to be staggered, ranging in timing from late 2014 to summer 2015.

The resulting economic impact will be the addition of approximately 150 jobs.

"Our new Mayfair Collection restaurants will be casual eateries catering to families, shoppers and anyone looking for elevated dining options," said Peter Jensen, a partner with the Phoenix group.

"Bartolotta’s restaurants are among the very best in the region. The company’s expertise and reputation for quality are excellent matches with our objective of providing fresh, creative food, unmatched hospitality and an exceptional overall dining experience."

The Mayfair Collection includes Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Off 5th, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty and Dick’s Sporting Goods, among others. The first shops opened today.

"The Mayfair Collection is a beautiful development, and these new restaurants will be an outstanding addition," said Joe Bartolotta, co-owner of The Bartolotta Restaurants with his brother Paul.

"We are excited to partner with and provide our management services to Phoenix Development Partners. We look forward to bringing these new dining concepts to the area and to being part of this jewel of Wauwatosa."
