After three years in business, INdustri Cafe, 524S. 2nd St., will soon close for good.

"While INdustri has been my life for almost the last four years, I feel confident that now is the right time for me to expand my professional endeavors," says owner Robert Klemm. "I am confident that the new ownership team will continue on at the high quality level of service that INdustri has become known for."

A final wine dinner will take place on April 28 at the restaurant. It will feature five paired courses featuring the Johan Vineyards Pinot Gris, Gruner Veltliner, Nils Reserve Pinot Noir, Farmlands Pinot Noir, Reserve Chardonnay and a Limited Edition Champagne toast. Courses include Strauss beef short ribs, wild mushroom risotto, pan-seared red snapper and more.

The cost is $95 per person ($180 per couple) and reservations are required. Call (414) 224-7777 to make one.

"We  have had a phenomenal ride and were not ready for it to end so soon. A special thank you to all of our staff, neighbors, friends and family for their everlasting support. We will be back, with new INspiration and INnovation," says Klemm.
