According to its website, the Third Ward Caffe, 225 E. St. Paul Ave., is now closed for good.

Housed in a former warehouse on commission row in the Historic Third Ward, Third Ward Caffe opened in 1982 and served predominantly northern Italian cuisine. It's located across the street from the Milwaukee Public Market.

"We would like to thank all of our loyal patrons and the many dedicated employees who have passed through these doors over the past 30 years," reads the website.
