The American Club is a stately red brick structure that was built in 1918 to house the many immigrants who came to work at Kohler Co.
In 1978, the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Refurbished and reopened in 1981 as a resort hotel, it welcomes guests with an "old world" elegance and style.
Handcrafted woodwork, sparkling chandeliers and elegant marble create a luxurious environment. Their reputation as the Midwest's only AAA Five Diamond resort hotel ensures uncompromising levels of service and attention to quality.
