Ray's Wine Grand Finale Pairing Dinner at Bacchus
We're all big fans of Ray's Wine at Bartolotta's, and we're excited to team up with Orey Laev of Ray's for a grand finale wine pairing dinner at Bacchus on Thursday, December 3! Working side by side with Certified Sommelier Katie Espinosa and Executive Chef Nick Wirth, the menu for the evening is truly one-of-a-kind! This five-course extravaganza will showcase some extra special Ray's family favorite wines, many of which are the most rare to appear at any Ray's Wine Dinner this year. To celebrate these small production treasures, Chef Nick and Sommelier Katie have woven a masterpiece of a menu, with a large focus on Italian truffles. My husband and I dined at Bacchus last night for the first time. It was definately an experience we will not forget. From the moment we called for directions, to the moment we left was excellent. The restaurant has a wonderfully romantic ambiance, with a waitstaff that opens their arms for you!!! We highly recommend Bacchus!!!
I have tried a couple steaks here and they just melted in my mouth! DELICIOUS!!!!! Bacchus really knows how to make their steaks...
