Bartolotta's theme is "cucina rustica," or the serving of traditional, simple foods that Italian families enjoy in their homes. This rustic cuisine focuses on country recipes utilizing the freshest of ingredients. Menu items include wood-fired pizzas, stellar pastas and creative panini sandwiches at lunch and veal, meat and seafood dishes at dinner.
