Description [edit]
Braise offers local, seasonal dishes sourced from more than 400 area farmers and producers. The menu changes frequently depending on the season and typically features pork, beef, chicken and several vegetarian dishes. Many gluten-free options are available. Bread and pastries are fired in a brick oven, which guests can view from the food bar. Cocktails are house-made and highlight local flavors. A carefully selected wine list complements every palate, and the atmosphere is perfect for everything from special occasions to an after-work drink.
