The brainchild of Scott Johnson and Leslie Montemurro, the same duo who brought Milwaukee Comet, Hi-Hat and Palomino, Fuel is still the punk rockers' choice for coffee in town.
Fuel also serves tasty sandwiches, like their famous Buttafuoco. Truly an anchor in the neighborhood, Fuel is the cafe that helped start the Milwaukee coffee house revolution.
As of Oct. 1, 2007, Fuel Cafe became a non-smoking establishment.
