Historical Dinner Series: Eleanor Returns to Greendale at Joey Gerard's

Join us for "Eleanor Returns to Greendale," the second of three insightful historical presentations accompanied by a multi-course dinner prepared by Joey Gerard’s Executive Chef Andrew Ruiz on Wednesday, February 24 and experience an intimate portrait of the "First Lady of the World." Impersonator Jessica Michna shares with the audience Eleanor Roosevelt’s tragedies and triumphs. Born into the opulent wealth of America’s “Golden Age” Eleanor would grow from the shy, homely orphan into confident, driven woman. Annealed by personal tragedy, she would emerge as a champion of civil rights, author, and stateswoman. She is best summed up by President Harry S. Truman, who dubbed her “The First Lady of the World.”   Historical Dinner: “Eleanor Returns to Greendale” Wednesday, February 24 Historical Hose Tower 5699 Parking Street, Greendale Reception 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Dinner and presentation: 6:15 to 8:00 p.m. $55.00 per person plus tax and gratuity ($70.03 total) $10 of each ticket will be donated to The Greendale Historical Society
