Caste of Killers Comedy presents: The SHOWcase starring DAMON MILLARD
Join us in the Laugh Trench at Karma Bar and Grill for The SHOWcase, recognized by The AV Club, Milwaukee Record and 88.9 Radio Milwaukee as Milwaukee's best underground comedy show.
Featuring KYLE SCANLAN (Whiskey Journal) ALEX KUMIN (Lincoln Lodge) PETER LYRENE (Harpoon Presents) JOSH BALLEW (Caste of Killers & Whiskey Journal) Your headliner is DAMON MILLARD, one of the founders of Milwaukee's Elite Joke Squad, the Caste of Killers, and an accomplished comic in his own right. Damon was born into and raised by a poor family from up-state New York. He found sanctuary in the only place he could, his imagination. He dreamed of growing up and becoming a robot that could shoot lasers from its eyes and microwave burritos in its chest. Armed with the strange stories of his weird, carnie-folk, con-artist family, Damon began performing stand-up. Audiences loved it!!

Karma was great! The food was fantastic, service was outstanding and so was the atmosphere. Looking forward to going back.
Karma is a great neighborhood bar and grill offering many reasons to stop in. Their TV setup is second to none, with every seat in the house having a look at several TVs. The upscale pub grub is tops in the city for this type of place. There are great drink specials every night. What's not to love? I believe they do Team Trivia on Thrusdays. I was there recently for a Brewers game and it was great. Spacious bar area, friendly servers and bartenders. The other aspect of Karma that I love is that it is not on Water St. or Brady Street where you get the mass of drunk people every time you try to go there. It's in a great location and not in the middle of the "crush" of Water or Brady. I definitely recommend Karma for anyone looking for a fun happy hour, good food food, good energy and great game watching. Cheers.
Wow disregard all of these posts! I recently visited Milwaukee and happened to come upon Karma. My friends and I had drinks outside, had great service, then moved in to watch the game and get dinner. None of the other pubs I visited on Brady/Water/3rd Ward in my three day weekend matched up. The food was great - perfect selection, not pretentious, and the staff wasn't hovering but was very quick. Definitely ask the bartender for suggestions... I will definitely be back again!!
I love this place, Steve was awesome to work with and the staff was wonderful.. I celebrated my 30th B-day at this location. All of my guest were amazed at how beautiful and a great location. Karma is very affordable and the food is so good. The staff was awesome working with my DJ.. DJ BOB.. Planning my next event soon. No need for me to look for any other venues as long as Karma is around.. Thanks Guys..
Karma's food has gone downhill. Not only are there constant changes in the menu items, but the quality of the food just isn't the same (no pizzas, wraps, or veggie burgers). We are frequent visitors and have made a 'pact' to not eat here for a long time. The last few times we've been here to eat have been really disappointing. Not to mention that there are new waitresses every week so it's hard to become accustomed with the staff when the turnover is so high. Karma, go back to your old ways!
