Since 1950, when German immigrant Elsa Kopp founded her first custard stand, Kopp's has been a favorite in Milwaukee. In addition to its famous frozen custard, Kopp's is also known for its great butter burgers. Always busy, the food is top-rate and so is the service.The Kopp's family also owns Elsa's downtown.

There's no question - Kopp's burgers are great but when it is the middle of harvest season and someone serves me a sandwich with tomatoes that are more yellow than red (and no not because they were heirloom) it shows me a definite lack of caring.
