The Cheese Castle is truly a Wisconsin treasure. With tons of cheese, sausage and other edible delights you can sample, you won't leave empty handed. There's also a large gift shop, a little cocktail lounge with cheap tappers and a small restaurant with homemade Wisconsin cuisine.
