Chef Michael Engel, owner of Bay View's Pastiche Bistro, offers a seasonally fresh sampling of flavors from the Mediterranean Sea, specifically the south of France, Italy and Spain.

The restaurant also feature a lengthy wine menu.

It opens at 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and is closed Sunday.
