Three Saturday mornings in August, the Urban Ecology Center will host Yoga on the Tower, led by certified yoga instructor Lynn Jack.

The yoga sessions will take place atop of the Urban Ecology Center's 75-foot observation tower on Aug. 13, 20 and 27.  Sessions run from 8 to 9 a.m.  

"Yoga on the tower allows you to tune-in to the sights and sounds of nature in the park below and the surrounding city as it awakens while you focus on your yoga practice," said Jack, who has led classes on top of the tower before.

Due to the platform's size, the number of participants is limited.  If demand is high enough, more class times may be opened.  To register, call (414) 964-8505 or sign up at the Urban Ecology Center's reception desk.  The cost for each class is $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
