Kohl's Department Stores has announced plans to expand its corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls with the acquisition of 100 acres of vacant land and a small office building in the Woodland Prime office park.

The department store headquarters will use the new space to develop a second corporate campus for long-term business growth stemming from growth in both sales and job additions.

In exchange, the Village of Menomonee Falls will assume ownership of Kohl's former distribution center, N54 W13901 Woodale Dr. The transaction is expected to close this fall.
