Author, Humane Society of the United States leader Wayne Pacelle to hold book signing event in Milwaukee

Wayne Pacelle, president and CEO of The Humane Society of the United States and author of The Humane Economy: How Innovators and Enlightened Consumers are Transforming the Lives of Animals (William Morrow/Harper Collins), will be discussing the themes of his book and signing copies at Boswell Book Company on August 17. A New York Times and Washington Post bestseller, The Humane Economy describes a revolution in American business and public policy that is changing forever how we treat animals. He tells the story from the front lines, in a book that speaks to both mind and heart. The book has been hailed as “a critically important book” by business mogul Jack Welch and “an essential read” by Jane Goodall.
