Last Sunday, chef Michael Feker of Il Mito kicked off the second season of "Our Dinner Bell."

"I believe that anyone can cook," Feker said. "What I want to show you is how to create an experience for the ones you love."

This season, Feker will feature simple and healthy meals. The next show airs at 10:30 a.m. Sunday on WISN-TV Ch. 12.

Feker owns Il Mito Enoteca and an attached cooking school in Wauwatosa, and the recently opened Zesti, in Hartland.

"Food is medicine for the soul," Feker said. "My goal is to inspire you with the healing power and purity of dishes we will create together."

Feker has bounced around local TV a bit throughout the years. He appeared Saturday mornings on WISN and was a regular on morning news at WITI-TV Fox 6 as well. Now, with his own program, he has a bit more control of what will be broadcast, and more importantly, the time spent on air.

Feker understands television and truly has a passion for what he does. It is great to see he found his way and is still part of the local television fabric.

WHAT’S BREWING: One thing about being involved in social media as an organization, the delivery needs to be delivered with a personal touch. The Milwaukee Brewers understand this and do it better than any of their peers in the major leagues.

The crew has been selected as the winner of the 2015 National Sports Forum ADchievement Overall Award of Excellence. This also means that the Brewers are better at this area of marketing than any other athletic association or organization in all of college and professional sports.

Basically, according to the NSF, the ballclub has the pulse of the community. The award has been given to the Brewers four years and counting.

The team and the Brewers Community Foundation were finalists in seven of eight categories, winning for the best Social/Mobile Media for the 2014 10-Packs Countdown to Opening Day.

Here are the credentials offered in the press release:

"The NSF ADchievement Awards recognize the year’s most outstanding advertising campaigns in sports. The competition brings in hundreds of submissions from the top teams, agencies, leagues and collegiate athletics across the industry.

"The National Sports Forum is the largest annual cross gathering of the top sports marketing, sales, promotions and event entertainment executives from throughout the broad spectrum of teams and leagues, (i.e. MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, MLS Minor Leagues, Racing, Colleges, etc.) in North America."
