Summerfest announced today that Zac Brown Band, which headlined the festival in 2012, returns to the Marcus Amphitheater on Thursday, July 3.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 17 at noon and include Summerfest admission. Tickets can be purchased at the Summerfest box office (temporarily relocated to the Mid-Gate), Ticketmaster centers, Walmart stores, online at Ticketmaster.com and by phone at (800) 745-3000 or (866) 448-7849.

The band's latest work, "The Grohl Sessions Vol. 1," is out now on Southern Ground and arrives on the heels of three platinum-selling albums: "Uncaged," "You Get What You Give" and "The Foundation."

The band has sold more than six million records and notched 10 No. 1 singles.
