For the seventh straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by the restaurants of Potawatomi. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2013."

Izumi’s on Milwaukee’s East Side isn’t for sale, but the art deco building that it resides in is.

The funky structure was built in 1934 and is on the northeast corner of E. Windsor Pl. and Prospect Ave. It also includes an upper level of very nice office space.  OnMilwaukee.com looked at it and we considered moving there last year.

Want to add this building to your portfolio?  It can be yours for $1.25 million.  Just contact Colliers International-Milwaukee.
