Red Dot owners have big plans for Shepherd's in Tosa space
Claudia and Marty Beaudoin, owners of Red Dot, 2498 N. Bartlett Ave., plan to open a "casual dining establishment" in the former Shepherd's in Tosa space, 6715 W. North Ave.
"The menu will have plenty of poutine and probably some other Canadian fare," says Claudia. "Similar to Red Dot, but a little more upscale."
The new place will be called Sherbrooke (or The Sherbrooke) – which is the town in Quebec where Marty was born. It will open in spring 2013.

This'll be on my radar. I hope they open for lunch. We could use a few more options in the area at lunchtime. I also hope they have plans to rehab the exterior. The building as it is now looks really seedy and dumpy. A few windows would go a long way. Can't wait!
