Brewers notebook: Macha will be back in 2010
The 2009 season came to an end for the Brewers Sunday in St. Louis with a 10-inning, 9-7 victory over the Cardinals. The victory gave Milwaukee an 80-82 record -- the first losing season in manager Ken Macha's career. Before the game, general manager Doug Melvin announced that Macha will be back in 2010 with a team option for a return in 2011.

McGehee's unforgettable night as a player and father

A little boy and his dad showed the way. Mackail McGehee, who suffers from cerebral palsy, threw the ceremonial first pitch and his dad, Casey, hit a big home run.

If you could choose, would you prefer December or March to stay warm and snowless in Milwaukee?
December. I'm not ready for winter yet.
March. By then, I need winter to be over.
There's no use complaining or hoping for better weather in Wisconsin.
Actually, I like snow.
