Brady Street Festival: July 30

The Brady Street Festival has its roots in the neighborhood's hippie heyday in the '70s. It's been revamped, upgraded and improved a little more each year and this summer's fest is looking like it's the best yet.

Check out four stages of local music, The Division BMX Stunt Team, the Casablanca Rumble IV Pro Wrestling Ring, the CFSC Speleo Cafe and Adventure Rock Climbing Wall, and a show by the Milwaukee Fliers.

There will also be a variety of vendors, local cheese makers, jewelry and pottery crafters and a vast array of food and beer.

Where: Brady Street, from Farwell Avenue to Marshall Street.

Hours: 11 a.m.-midnight

Admission: Free.
