The first locations for the Wisconsin Futsal League Northern Conference have been selected by the Wisconsin Sports Group.

University School of Milwaukee, in River Hills, will be the initial location, but other sites are expected to be announced soon.

Futsal is indoor soccer, played on a court with five players per side. 

The season will consist of two separate sessions, one running from November to December and the other from January to February. Each session will consist of eight matches.

WSG will also host  the World Futsal Championship: Midwest Futsal tournament at the  Milwaukee County Sports Indoor Complex on May 29-31. The tournament is for athletes from eight to 16.
