Trenni Kusnierek is leaving Milwaukee.
Again.
Kusnierek, who returned to town last winter as sideline reporter on Brewers and Bucks broadcasts for Fox Sports Wisconsin, informed network officials that she is leaving.
She did not, however, reveal her next destination. Industry sources have indicated that she will join former Brewers announcer Matt Vasgersian with the new MLB Network, which will begin broadcasting Jan. 1.
Wikipedia's entry on the network lists Kusnierek as working for MLB.
"I'll be able to tell you some time next week," she said. "Some things are still being finalized."
Kusnierek, who graduated from Muskego High School and Marquette University, worked at Channel 58 for two years before accepting a job with Fox Sports Pittsburgh, where she covered the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins from 2002-'07.
Upon leaving Pittsburgh, she returned to Milwaukee last spring to work for the Brewers and Bucks. She is also an occasional blogger for OnMilwaukee.com and a regular guest with senior editor Drew Olson on "The D-List," on 540 ESPN.

I really liked Trenni at first she asked great questions and wasn't a "fan" asking questions but a reporter. As the season went along she became too much of a "fan" and started to get light on her questions. I think she knows a lot and does her job well, but if she gets too close to a team she appears to get too soft. I think working for a network will be great for her, that way she can ask the hard questions and not worry about stepping on players toes.

During the Bucks great 2000-2001 season, I had season tickets in the first row along the baseline, directly behind the media. This fine young lady of which we speak was seated among the media, wearing a tiara, during, if memory serves me correct, one of the playoff games. I am imaging it was her birthday... If Kusnierek is going national, she has come a LONG way from those days... Congrats to her.

She was fine at first, but seems to have gotten a bit of a big head recently, so she'll fit in fine in NYC. Truth is, she's just like any other female sideline girl...decent looking, likes sports, but that's it.

Trenni was the best!! I can't believe she's leaving again already :( I hope you come back to work with the Brewers again sometime in the future! Milwaukee will miss you.
