The Basilica of St. Josaphat, built between 1897 and 1901, is undoubtedly one of the city's loveliest churches. The neo-Renaissance cruciform (cross-shaped) building is rumored to have the sixth largest dome in the world, larger than that of the Taj Mahal.
The Li'l Friar Gift Shop, 622 W. Lincoln Ave., offers basilica memorabilia along with a selection of religious gifts and items. They can be reached at (414) 902-3521.
