The former Plant No. 4 event space at 219 N. Milwaukee St. in the Historic Third Ward is entering a new chapter under the oversight of a well-respected locally-owned hospitality brand.
41Fork Hospitality – the entity behind Noble Catering & Events, River Center Market and Vault – has announced they have signed a lease and will assume operations for the venue, known for its beautiful natural light, industrial aesthetic and versatile footprint.
In addition to the main venue, 41Fork has secured the adjacent suite, which will be used for more intimate gatherings, pop-up activations, and as added space for ceremonies, cocktail hours, auction areas and other event enhancements.
While a new name and associated branding is still in development, 41Fork’s focus on operational excellence, client care and an elevated guest experience will form the foundation for their new venture.
Former Black Swan clients
As part of the transition, they have announced a plan to accommodate those who were impacted by the venue’s sudden closure in March.
“We know that the actions of the former tenant have left many couples and clients uncertain, and we’re doing everything we can to make things right,” said Kaelyn Cervero, CPCE, Owner of 41Fork Hospitality. “We will be working closely with the events community to reconnect with as many displaced clients as possible and give them the celebration they’ve planned and deserve.”
41Fork Hospitality is offering former Plant No. 4 couples and clients a 30-day window to reinstate previously booked events which were impacted by the venue’s closure. Impacted clients are encouraged to contact events@41fork.com by June 20, 2025 to rebook. 41Fork notes that they will honor and absorb any payments already made to the previous venue operator, with the understanding that the utilization of NEAT, 41Fork’s in-house bar service, will be required for all reinstated and new events.
Meanwhile, 41Fork Hospitality will begin accepting new client bookings beginning on June 23, 2025.
As the venue reopens and builds its preferred vendor network, local caterers interested in joining the preferred list are encouraged to inquire by contacting events@41fork.com.
Additional updates, including the venue’s new name and grand opening details, will be announced soon.
