OnMilwaukee.com reported in February that 42 Ale House, a pub-style restaurant and bar, would open this spring in the former Übeer Gastropub location at 3807 S. Packard Ave.

According to Facebook, the opening day will be Friday, May 8.

"You'll finally be able to sit down for some delicious food, enjoy our expansive tabletop areas, or watch (or play) your favorite games," reads the Facebook page. "We can't wait to see everyone out for it, so make sure you show up to stake your team's claim in Ingress, get your new Barchievements and try some pizzas or other delicious foods from our kitchen."
