Your guide to having a great summer is brought to you by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino and Peoples State Bank.

It’s beginning to look a lot like tacos.

That’s because there are just four more sleeps until the eighth annual Taco Fest, a day-long celebration of one of the most delicious hand-held foods in all of the world.

Taco Fest takes place on Saturday, Sept. 10 at Henry Maier Festival Park from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with general admission tickets available for $25 and VIP tickets for $50. And if you don’t already have tickets, you can get yours here.

You don't want to miss your chance to dance it all out to tunes from DJ Kenny Perez or try your hand at mastering games including the Hole-in-One Challenge, shuffleboard or bags from our friends at Bars & Rec.

But just in queso you need even more reasons to shell out the cash for this amazing fiesta, here are five indisputably good ones to consider:

1. The tacos will guac your world

You’ll be able to eat your fill of tacos from participating trucks including Taco Barrio, Don Pastor, Taqueria Orenda, El Famoso Jalisco’s, Romero’s Taco Truck, Ventura’s Taco, Taqueria La Vecindad, Ochoa’s Mexican Grill, Taco Mikes and more.

Not only are there going to be a ton of tacos, the tacos are going to be delicious. How do we know?

Every single truck at Taco Fest is hoping to earn your vote for “best taco.” So they will all be bringing their A-game.

2. FREE parking

When you buy your tickets for Taco Fest, you’re paying for the tacos you’re going to eat and the entertainment you’re going to see.

Parking, on the other hand, is free.

Take advantage by heading to lots A, M and G where parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

3. Did we say Margarita Bar?

Oh, yes we did. What's Taco Fest without margaritas? We’ll be pouring up some of the most delicious margaritas (and palomas) in the land at the Taco Fest Margarita Bar.

If you’re a VIP ticket holder, you’ll even get your first one free.

4. Mondo Lucha

Tacos? Check.
Margaritas? Check.
Amazing, high flying luchador performances? Double check.

Mondo Lucha will be bringing their own unique blend of live music, burlesque and wrestling to the mat at 2 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. And you won’t want to miss their flamboyant, aerial maneuvers and speedy, acrobatic combos.

Read more about what to expect at their exhilarating one-of-a-kind shows here.

5. Adorable fluffy little dogs

Whether you own a chihuahua or not, you’ll totally want to catch the Chihuahua Beauty Pageant at 1:30 p.m.  Local chihuahuas will be dressed up in their puppy best and will be performing “tricks” for the audience with the hope of winning the grand prize.

Whatever happens, you’re guaranteed a liberal dose of cute, cuddly adorableness.

What's left to say? Grab your tickets and come on down!
It’s gonna be a pretty spec-taco-ular day.
