Bark & BBQa first-time collaboration between OnMilwaukee and Milwaukee Radio Alliance’s B93.3 celebrating our four-legged best friends, takes place Saturday, Oct. 14 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Harley-Davidson Museum Campus, 400 W. Canal St.

The free event is offering a limited number of Very Important Barker (VIB) tickets to those who wanna maximize their experience.

Here are five reasons why fetching a VIB pass is the ulti-mutt way to go:

1. Early entry

The VIB pass gets you and your pup into the event one-hour earlier than the rest of the pack (11 a.m.) for immediate access to the Lure Course, Ball Pit and Off Leash areas. Plus, the pass provides a free Lure course run or Ball Pit ticket which are otherwise pay-to-play.

2. Food and drink for humans

VIBs get an appetizer buffet from Motor Restaurant, treats from CBDelicacy and two beverages, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

3. Admission to the Harley-Davidson Museum

Humans will receive an admission ticket to be used at a later date for the epic Harley-Davidson Museum.

4. Swag, swag and more swag

All VIBs will receive a commemorative collapsible water bowl, Tito’s bandana, dog toy courtesy of Yelp and more.

5. Canine comraderie

You and your canine will meet new pals who clearly have their priorities in order and recognize there is no greater joy than an afternoon together. With drinks. And maybe a BBQ sandwich.

Please note: All human attendees must be at least 3 in "Dog Years" – AKA 21 years old.
