If you were to accuse Haz Solo of being inconsistent, you'd be a fool and laughed out of the room – provided you were in a room of knowledgeable people.
Mr. Solo has one of the busiest personalities, and that's showcased in his constant stream of releases, whether it be music, music videos or pictures. His mind is always busy cooking something new up.
Recently I've written about him and his beat tape project with Dylan Thomas, which has them going by the name Vinyl Richie, and today I bring to you his newest slab of ribs.
"The Lost Generator" is a four-track beat EP that gives the listener a bounty of slaps, stabs and tickles – to the ear drum, of course.
You can hear it by clicking right here.
As a bonus, check out Haz's song with L.A.'s Def Sound that was featured last month on the very reputable tastemaker website Okayplayer.com, and then download it here.
Born in Milwaukee and raised in the Milwaukee suburb of Brown Deer, Concordia University Wisconsin alumnus Poppe has spent the majority of his life in or around the city and county of Milwaukee.
As an advocate of Milwaukee's hip-hop community Poppe began popular local music blog Milwaukee UP in March 2010. Check out the archived entries here.
Though heavy on the hip-hop, Poppe writes about other genres of music and occasionally about food, culture or sports, and is always ready to show his pride in Milwaukee and Wisconsin.
