The Milwaukee Admirals and NHL's Nashville Predators are sticking together, as the road to Nashville will continue to go through Milwaukee.

Admirals Owner and CEO Harris Turer and Predators General Manager Barry Trotz announced Monday that the two clubs have extended their affiliation agreement through the 2028-29 season. The four-year deal continues a long-standing partnership for the Admirals as the Predators' farm team.

“We are thrilled to extend this very successful partnership between our two organizations for another four seasons,” Turer said via statement. “Beginning with David Poile and now continuing with Barry and Scott Nichol, the Predators staff is committed to putting a winning team on the ice in Milwaukee while also developing players for the next level. Since I bought the team in 2005, the road to Nashville has truly gone through Milwaukee and we are proud of all the Admirals Alumni who have found success with the Predators.”

Since joining forces with Nashville when they joined the NHL in 1998, the Admirals have posted a 1,058-679-31-111-122 record, good for a .594 points percentage. The team has earned six Division Titles, two conference crowns and won the Calder Cup Championship in 2004.

As of Monday, the Admirals hold second place in the Central Division with 75 points. They trail the Texas Stars by two points and lead the Grand Rapids Griffins by five. In the Western Conference, Milwaukee sits fourth and ranks tenth overall in the league.

The Admirals officially clinched a spot in the Calder Cup Playoffs over the weekend, becoming the third team in the AHL and second in the West to secure a berth. It marks the team's 19th time in the playoffs since joining the AHL in 2001, and having reached the Western Conference Finals the past two seasons, the Admirals are looking to make another deep playoff run.

With nine regular-season games remaining, the club remains focused on closing strong. You can pick up your tickets for the remaining home games, as well as pick up your playoff tickets via the Admirals website. Let's go Ads!
