The skies may not be much to look at today – but come July, they'll be roaring to life with the help of the Milwaukee Air & Water Show, returning to the clouds and waves of the lakefront on July 22-23.
The annual Air & Water show made its return to the Cream City skies last summer after getting grounded in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in 2021 "due to several major factors affecting the event."
This year's roaring rendition will feature a multitude of performers showing off their skills in both the seas and skies around Downtown Milwaukee – including the USAF F-16 Demonstration Team, various Air Force and Navy representatives and the famous Blue Angels, flying through Brew City for their only performance currently scheduled in the state this year.
Event tickets for the 2023 Milwaukee Air & Water Show – including group packages and reserved seating areas – are on sale now at the event's website. The seating areas will open every day of the show at 9 a.m. For more information about this year's Air & Water Show, additional performer lineup details and more, click here.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
