Good news for rock fans in The Good Land: Famed hard rocker and Milwaukee factoid dispenser Alice Cooper is coming back to Brew City, hitting the Miller High Life Theatre on Wednesday, May 3.
The "Poison," "School's Out" and "Feed My Frankenstein" rock showman last played Milwaukee in 2021, joining forces with special guest Ace Frehley for one of his signature electrifying extravaganzas at the BMO Harris Pavilion – all shortly after then-Mayor Tom Barrett declared it "Alice Cooper Day" in the city. He was also supposed to play this particular venue in April 2020 but had to cancel the Miller High Life Theatre gig due to the start of the pandemic – but now they've got him back.
Tickets for Cooper's show will go on sale to the public beginning Friday, Jan. 20 at 10 a.m. at the Pabst Theater Group's website. And for more Milwaukee concert news and updates, click here.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
