Get ready to ring the bell at Potawatomi Casino Hotel! MMA fighting returns this weekend, thanks to a partnership with one of Milwaukee’s most prominent fighters.
Potawatomi Casino Hotel will partner with former UFC Champion and Milwaukee native Anthony “Showtime” Pettis on Sunday, November 17th, for the Anthony Pettis Fight Championship, or APFC Milwaukee, at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel Event Center.
The event will feature 10 undercard bouts with amateur and professional MMA prospects from across the Midwest. The main card will include both Flyweight and Lightweight Championship matches.
Special guests for the event include former UFC champions Brandon Moreno, Rampage Jackson, Sergio Pettis, and former Milwaukee Bucks player Thanasis Antetokoumpo.
“We are pleased to partner with Milwaukee’s own Anthony Pettis to bring mixed martial arts action to Potawatomi,” said Dominic Ortiz, Potawatomi Casino Hotel CEO and General Manager via statement. “This night showcases top fighters and highlights our role as a key entertainment venue in Milwaukee.”
“I’m ready to bring APFC back to Milwaukee and hold our first showcase at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel Event Center,” said Pettis. “This live MMA showcase will feature top fighters from across the Midwest.”
